⭐ 1. What Your Warranty Covers

Every product purchased from Stylish Furniture is protected against:

✔ Manufacturing Defects

Including issues with:

  • Frames

  • Stitching

  • Structural integrity

  • Soft-close hinges

  • Drawer runners

  • Recliner mechanisms (if applicable)

  • Ottoman lift pistons

✔ Material Faults

Such as:

✔ Workmanship Issues

❗ What Your Warranty Does NOT Cover

To stay fair and compliant, the warranty does not cover:

❌ Accidental damage

Spills, stains, burns, cuts, pet scratches, misuse, or poor handling.

❌ Normal wear & tear

Flattening of cushions over time, fabric stretching, light fading, etc.

❌ Customer-assembled damage

If damage occurs during customer self-assembly (unless our team assembled it).

❌ Incorrect measurements

Furniture not fitting through doors/stairs/rooms due to customer oversight.

❌ Damage caused after delivery

Once the installation is complete, any damage caused by moving or misusing the product is not covered.

❌ Customised items damaged by modification

(e.g., drilling holes, altering parts, wall mounting without instruction)

⭐ 2. Warranty Duration

Each product includes a standard 12-month warranty that begins on the date of delivery.

Some products include additional coverage depending on the manufacturer:

  • Sofas: 12 months

  • Beds & Mattresses: 12 months

  • Wardrobes & Furniture Sets: 12 months

  • Ottoman Pistons & Mechanisms: 6–12 months depending on model

  • Electrical components (if any): 6 months

For any models with extended manufacturer warranties, we honour them fully.

Our installation includes a 30-day craftsmanship warranty covering:

If anything settles or needs minor adjustment, we fix it for free.

To ensure long-lasting performance, please:

✔ Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaning agents
✔ Do not overload shelves or drawers
✔ Avoid dragging or forcing wardrobe doors
✔ Follow weight limits for ottoman beds
✔ Maintain regular cleaning and care

Misuse or neglect can invalidate the warranty.
