Are the products exactly as shown in the photos?

Product images are representative. Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, colours and finishes may vary slightly. Minor variations are normal for furniture manufactured in batches.

🚚 Delivery & Lead Times

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on whether the item is in stock or made to order:

  • In-stock items: delivered within 1–14 days

  • Made-to-order items: delivered within 8–12 weeks (approximately 2–3 months)

Lead times include production (where applicable), transport, and final delivery.


Do you offer delivery outside Ipswich?

Yes. We deliver across most of the UK mainland.

  • Free delivery is available within 100 miles of Ipswich

  • Deliveries beyond this distance may incur a small additional charge, which will always be confirmed before delivery


Do you assemble the furniture?

Yes. We provide professional in-home assembly for furniture items.

Furniture is delivered in parts and assembled by our experienced team to ensure correct installation and safe handling.


What happens after I place my order?

Orders may only be cancelled or changed before production or allocation begins.

Once an order has entered production, preparation, or allocation:

  • Changes are no longer possible

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of large furniture items, change-of-mind returns are not offered.

Furniture is delivered and professionally assembled in your home. Once assembly is completed, the item is considered accepted, unless it is faulty or mis-described.

When are refunds available?

Refunds are only considered where an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Mis-described

  • Damaged during delivery

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with our Refunds Policy.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos where possible

We will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

Yes. Most products include a manufacturer-backed warranty, typically 12–24 months, covering manufacturing or structural defects.

Warranty coverage does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
