Q: How can I place an order?
You can order through our website, via WhatsApp, or by visiting our showroom at 55 Star Lane, Ipswich, IP4 1JN.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfer, secure checkout and cash.
Q: Do you offer finance or split payments?
Finance is coming soon. However, we can often arrange deposit + balance payments—contact us to discuss options and Klarna option with 3 months interest free payments.
Q: Can I reserve an item?
Yes. In-stock items can be reserved with a deposit. Made-to-order items require a production deposit.

Q: Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Ipswich, Suffolk, East Anglia, and most of the UK.
Q: How much is delivery?
Local deliveries are often free. Nationwide delivery varies by distance and order size.
Q: Do you offer assembly?
Yes. Our team can assemble beds, wardrobes, and large furniture items professionally.
Q: Can you remove old furniture?
Yes, for an additional fee depending on the item.

Q: Are items in stock?
all items on this website are in stock for fast delivery, while anything from our Digital Catalogues are made to order in Turkey.
Q: What are the lead times?
Made-to-order items take approximately 2–3 months for production including shipping.
Q: How will I know when my order is ready?
We notify you when your items arrive in the UK and arrange a delivery date that suits you.

Q: Can wardrobes be customised?
Yes. We offer modular wardrobes from single-door units to 20-door systems, customised to your room.
Q: Do you provide full measurements?
Yes—dimensions and materials are included on each product page. We can provide extra details on request.
Q: Are your sofas and beds durable?
Yes. Our Turkish manufacturers use high-density foam, strong frames, and premium fabrics suitable for daily use.
Q: Do you sell full matching sets?
Yes—living room, dining, and bedroom sets can be purchased individually or as a full package.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

In-stock items: usually cancellable before delivery is booked.

Made-to-order: cancellation may be limited once production begins.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
Notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will arrange repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement.
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
In-stock items may be cancelled but not returnable.
Made-to-order items are non-returnable due to custom production.
