Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from Stylish Furniture, located at 55 Star Lane, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 1JN, and to all use of our website and services.

1. Orders

1.1 How to Place an Order

Orders can be placed:

• Via WhatsApp

• In our Ipswich showroom

Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation including pricing, lead times and delivery details.

1.2 Deposits

For made-to-order and customised items, a deposit is required to begin production.
Deposits are non-refundable once manufacturing has started.

1.3 Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Correct product choice

• Correct sizes and measurements

• Access suitability to rooms, hallways and stairways

We are happy to advise before you purchase.

2. Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

2.1 Production Lead Time

Most made-to-order items from our Turkish manufacturers have an estimated lead time of 2–3 months.
This may vary depending on production and shipping conditions.

2.2 Changes & Cancellations

Once production has begun, made-to-order or customised items cannot be changed or cancelled.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-order and customised furniture is produced specifically for you and is non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defect.

3. In-Stock Items

3.1 Availability

Products listed as in stock are available for fast delivery unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Reservations

In-stock items may be reserved with a deposit for an agreed period.

4. Delivery & Installation

4.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver across:

• Ipswich

• Suffolk

• East Anglia

• Most of the UK

Delivery fees vary by location and order size, but mostly free of charge.

4.2 Delivery Times

We will notify you when your order arrives in the UK and arrange a suitable delivery date.

4.3 Access Requirements

You must ensure safe and adequate access for delivery and installation.
If delivery is not possible due to access restrictions, redelivery or cancellation fees may apply.

4.4 Installation

Professional installation is available for beds, wardrobes and larger furniture items.
Installation fees vary depending on the item.

4.5 Removal of Old Furniture

Removal of old furniture is available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Returns & Cancellations

5.1 In-Stock Items

In-stock items may be cancelled before delivery is booked.
Once delivered and accepted, they are non-returnable unless faulty.

5.2 Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order, special-order and customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

5.3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

• Notify us within 48 hours

• Provide photos/videos

• We will arrange repair, replacement parts, or full replacement depending on the issue

Damage caused by handling after delivery is not covered.

6. Product Details & Customisation

6.1 Measurements

Dimensions on product pages are approximate. If you require exact internal/external measurements, please ask before ordering.

6.2 Custom Wardrobes

We offer modular wardrobes from single-door units up to large multi-door systems.
Once designs are approved and production has started, changes cannot be made.

7. Warranty

7.1 Manufacturer Warranty

Most items include a 1–2 year manufacturer warranty against structural or manufacturing defects.

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Water or liquid damage

• Fabric pilling or staining

• Misuse or improper assembly by the customer

8. Payments

8.1 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Debit/credit cards

• Bank transfer

• Secure website checkout

• Cash (in-store)

• Klarna (for eligible purchases)

• PayPal

8.2 Outstanding Balances

Final payment must be made before delivery of made-to-order items.
