Standard furniture delivery, room-of-choice placement and professional assembly where required are included at no additional charge across mainland England and mainland Wales. There is no distance-based delivery or assembly charge within this service area.

Areas We Do Not Currently Serve

We do not currently deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Anglesey, the Isles of Scilly, other offshore islands or any address requiring ferry or boat access.

Postcode eligibility is confirmed at checkout. If a mainland England or mainland Wales postcode is not recognised, please contact us before ordering so that we can verify it manually. Please also contact us before ordering if the property has unusual or restricted access.

Estimated Delivery Times

In-Stock Furniture

In-stock furniture is normally delivered within 1–14 working days, subject to stock confirmation, safe access and an agreed delivery slot. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Made-to-Order Furniture

Made-to-order furniture usually has an estimated production and delivery time of 8–12 weeks. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

When your furniture is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and assembly date.

Preparing for Your Delivery

Before ordering, please measure both the intended room and the complete delivery route. This includes entrance doors, internal doors, hallways, lifts, landings, staircases and tight turns.

Please make sure:

  • The furniture dimensions are suitable for your room and access route.
  • Doors, hallways, stairs and the chosen room are clear before our team arrives.
  • You tell us in advance about restricted parking, upper floors, narrow staircases or other access difficulties.
  • A responsible adult is present throughout the agreed delivery appointment.
  • Floors and walls are suitable for the furniture being installed.

If delivery cannot be completed because suitable access was unavailable or nobody was present, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Damage, Faults or Missing Parts

Please inspect your furniture after delivery and assembly wherever possible. If you notice a manufacturing fault, delivery damage or a missing part, contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours—and provide clear photographs or a short video.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement part, replacement item or other resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please also read our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
