Whether youβre purchasing an in-stock sofa or a bespoke made-to-order bedroom set from Turkey, our policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to understand.
We work hard to deliver beautiful furniture that lasts, and we will always support you if something isnβt right.
ποΈ Returns Eligibility β What Can Be Returned?
β In-Stock Items
Items that we hold in our UK stockroom may be returnable, provided that:

The item is unused

It is in original, undamaged packaging

You report the return request within 48 hours of delivery

The item is in βas deliveredβ condition
A collection fee may apply depending on your location.
β Made-to-Order Items (Custom Orders)
Most of our furniture is custom-made in Turkey specifically for you.
For this reason:
Once production has begun, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
This includes:

Beds
-
Wardrobes
-
Dining sets
-
Any customised or special-order items
This policy protects both our business and the manufacturer who builds your order by hand.
π Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in inspecting every item before delivery.
However, if something arrives damaged or defective:

Our after-sales team will review the damage or fault immediately.
β Step 3 β We resolve it quickly
Depending on the situation, we will arrange one of the following:

Complete product replacement

Refund (if neither repair nor replacement is possible)
We always aim for the fastest and fairest resolution.
β Returns Not Accepted If:

The item has been used

The item has been assembled (unless faulty)

There is damage caused by the customer

Packaging has been discarded (for in-stock returns)

The item is a custom / made-to-order product

The return is requested after the return window

Once a return is approved and the item is collected:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method

This may take 3β7 business days to appear

Delivery and collection fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty
You will always receive a written confirmation of your refund.

We cannot accept returns due to:

You may cancel before delivery is booked.
Made-to-Order Items
Once your order is sent to production, cancellation is not possible because the item is being handcrafted specifically for you.
