1. How We Deliver

Stylish Furniture provides in-house delivery and professional assembly for all furniture orders.
We do not use courier networks for large furniture — all deliveries are handled by our own team to ensure safe transport, careful handling and correct installation inside your home.

2. Delivery Area

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses.

Delivery within 100 miles of Ipswich (IP4 1JN) is free of charge.

For addresses beyond 100 miles, a distance-based delivery charge may apply.
The exact charge will be confirmed with you before delivery is booked.

3. Stock Items

Items marked as “in stock” can be delivered immediately, subject to delivery slot availability.

Because we operate our own delivery routes, all delivery dates must be confirmed with us before payment is taken.

We recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm:

  • Delivery date

  • Time slot

  • Access requirements

4. Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order and imported.

Estimated production and delivery times are usually 8 to 12 weeks as shown on the product page. These are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing or shipping schedules.

Once your item is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date.

5. Installation & Assembly

All deliveries include:

  • Delivery into your property

  • Full assembly

  • Placement in your chosen room

This service is included free of charge within our standard delivery zone.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure:

  • Access is available for large items

  • Doorways, hallways and staircases are suitable

  • Someone is present at the agreed time

If delivery fails due to lack of access or absence, additional charges may apply.

7. Risk & Ownership

Under UK law, responsibility for the goods remains with Stylish Furniture until the item has been delivered and installed at your address.
