2. Orders & Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted when:

  • Payment (or required deposit) has been received, and

  • The order has entered processing, allocation, or production.

Once accepted, orders are treated as final under these Terms, subject to limited exceptions in Sections 8–9.


3. Product Lead Times & Availability

In-Stock Items

Products marked “In Stock” are held in the UK and are typically delivered within 1–14 days, subject to delivery slot availability.

Made-to-Order Furniture

Many of our items are made to order and manufactured specifically for each customer. Made-to-order items are labelled “8–12 Weeks”.

Lead time details:

  • Typical timeframe: 8–12 weeks

  • Includes production, international transport, UK handling, and final delivery & assembly

Lead times are estimates and can vary due to manufacturing or shipping constraints.


4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Deposits

A deposit may be required for:

  • Made-to-order furniture

  • Customised or configured products

Deposits are non-refundable once production or allocation has begun.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Debit & credit cards

  • Bank transfers

  • Secure online checkout

  • Klarna (where available)

  • PayPal

  • In-store cash payments

Full payment must be completed before delivery.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Before placing an order, customers must ensure:

  • Correct product selection

  • Accurate measurements for space and access

  • Adequate access (doorways, hallways, stairs, lifts)

We are happy to advise before ordering, but responsibility remains with the customer once an order is confirmed.


6. Delivery & Assembly

6.1 Delivery Areas & Charges

  • Free delivery within 100 miles of Ipswich

  • Deliveries beyond this distance may incur an additional charge, confirmed before delivery

6.2 Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will contact you to:

  • Book a delivery date

  • Confirm access and details

6.3 Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

6.4 Assembly

Our professional team will assemble the furniture in your home. Once assembly is completed:

  • The service is considered provided

  • The product is deemed delivered and accepted

Furniture may not be self-assembled by the customer after delivery.


7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 In-Stock Items

  • May be cancelled before delivery is booked and order is prepared

  • Once delivered and accepted, items are non-returnable unless faulty

7.2 Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order, custom, or special-order products:

  • Cannot be cancelled once production has started

  • Are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the event of fault or mis-description

7.3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence

We will arrange appropriate resolution, including repair, replacement parts, or replacement where necessary. Damage caused after delivery is not covered.


8. Product Information, Images & Measurements

  • Product dimensions are approximate unless stated

  • Colours may vary based on screen or lighting

  • Images are illustrative; actual product may differ slightly

Customers should request specific details prior to ordering if needed.


9. Warranty

Most products include a 1–2 year manufacturer warranty covering structural or manufacturing defects.

Warranty exclusions include:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse

  • Fabric pilling, staining, or liquid damage


10. Website Pricing & Content

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update:

  • Pricing

  • Availability

Obvious errors in pricing may lead to order cancellation with refund of any amounts paid.
